The contrast has been increased in this image to emphasise the colour in both the supernumeraries. This probably wouldn't be so easily visible without the help of the polarising filter. |

Here the colour in the first supernumerary is quite distinct. However the fog is getting rather shallow so not much of the second supernumerary is visible. |
