GraphDark is a program which allows you to work out when an astronomical object will be visible from your location and when moonlight, twilight or low haze will affect the view.
The visibility of a single object, such as a comet, can be shown over a period of months or years.
Alternatively a number of objects on a single night can be displayed.
This site has a number of screenshots from the program to show the different ways it can be used.
Click on the list or the images below for a quick overview of each main feature.
There are a few more detailed examples in the
hints
section and of course the program comes with a help file.
Just follow the instructions in the
download
section if you wish to obtain a copy for your own use.
