Reflected Tangent Arc

The glare from a sky filled with milky cirrus was too much to look at directly. The pond reflection reduced the glare enough to clearly show this upper tangent arc.

In this direct view, taken a few minutes later, a faint 22 degree halo can be seen arcing down from the 'bar' of the upper tangent arc. The solar altitude was about 40 degrees.
